Use this function to send a withdrawal statement for an eligible consumer subscription. Submit it within the applicable withdrawal period. We will email you an acknowledgement containing your request and its submission time.

Canceling renewal and exercising a statutory withdrawal right are different actions. You can cancel future renewal from Billing. This form records a withdrawal request for assessment under applicable law.
