Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-01
Editable policy template. The operator must review its legal details, business practices, and local requirements before launch. This is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
These terms describe use of PrintOnceQR, operated by PrintOnceQR. They apply to account holders and use of our managed QR links.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, verify your email, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must be legally able to enter a service agreement and have authority to act for any business you represent.
The service
We provide managed short links, QR artwork, and scan analytics. You control destination URLs and remain responsible for the linked content, file hosting, permissions, and accuracy. We do not host destination PDFs, process orders from your linked pages, or guarantee the availability of third-party sites.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, harassment, or infringement. Do not attempt to bypass limits, access another account, overload the service, or disguise a harmful destination. We may suspend harmful links or accounts and investigate credible abuse reports. Report suspected abuse through our contact page.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Plan features, billing intervals, and prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Stripe handles payment details and invoices. You can manage payment methods and cancel renewal at any time through Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Existing active links continue after a downgrade, while new creation, reactivation, and premium features follow the current plan.
Scan allowances and availability
Monthly scan allowances govern detailed analytics collection. Redirects and aggregate daily counts continue beyond the allowance, subject to abuse controls and service availability. Analytics are best-effort visit measurements, not audited visitor or sales records. Maintenance, network outages, third-party failures, or suspension can affect availability. Do not rely on QR links as the only way to access emergency or safety-critical information.
Deletion and changes
Deleting a QR or account permanently disables its managed links. Keep backups of your destination content and export any scan details you need before deletion. We may change the service or these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through appropriate account communications. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
Liability
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, or problems caused by destinations, networks, devices, or third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
Consumer rights and complaints
If you buy as a consumer, mandatory rights in your country continue to apply. You may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. If you expressly request immediate performance and then withdraw, the law may permit a proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal. Send complaints or withdrawal requests to support@printonceqr.com; include your account email and invoice reference, but never card details. We will acknowledge and assess the request without restricting access to a competent consumer authority or court.
